LaunchVT Program Coordinator

Part Time 0.5 FTE - Burlington, VT

The Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the creation of a new Program Coordinator position to support its economic development work through LaunchVT. The program coordinator will work with the Director of Entrepreneurship to provide critical operational support to LaunchVT’s suite of acceleration programs. The LCRCC is seeking a detail oriented task master who enjoys taking the lead on logistics, organizing programs, and communicating with partners. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for working with program staff, external partners, participants and vendors to ensure programs run smoothly and maintain their high level of engagement and impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program Logistics - Venues, vendors, attendees, registration, marketing, communication

  • Partner Engagement - Communication, coordination, transactions, reporting

  • Digital Network Curation - Manage groups, members, and platform logistics

  • Community Outreach - Newsletter, website, social media
